1.) SCEP Inspectors are required to collect all unit address’s including Owner Occupied units accurately on the F5.

2.) A site photo must be taken at the beginning of ALL initial inspections for ALL groups. The “Can not take photo” should only be used if your camera has failed and reopening that inspection doesn’t fix it. If the “Can not take photo” button is used by ANY GROUP (SCEP, Complaints, Home, Non Task Force…….), a work log note explaining why no site photo was taken must be entered.   

3.) Be sure to begin and finish ALL inspections on the F5 at the job site. This includes case management cases. (See Policy & Procedures on the Code Web Site)
